文章摘要: 【摘要】目的 评价Sysmex XE-5000血细胞分析仪对血小板(platelet PLT)的检测性能。方法 对XE-5000分别用电阻抗法和荧光法对血小板计数进行精密度,线性测试及干扰试验进行评估,并与显微镜计数法作对比试验。运用spass12.0对数据进行分析。结果 平均批内精密度为PLT-I:1.30%、PLT-O:1.40%;批间精密度为PLT-I: 1.87%、PLT-O:2.39%;携带污染率范围为PLT-I: 0~1.32%、PLT-O:0~1.17%;平均为PLT-I: 0.44%和PLT-O: 0.33%;在线性稀释实验中低、中、高值与理论值的相关系数r分别为,PLT-I: 0.991、0.997、0.997,PLT-O: 0.997、0.998、0.992;在RBC 碎片干扰实验中,PLT-O对低值样本显示出较强的抗干扰能力(t=1.14, P>0.05),PLT-I与PLT-O测定血小板结果与PLT-M结果相关性良好。结论 Symex XE-5000对血小板计数具有精密度好,抗干扰能力强,重复性好,检测速度快等优点,是常规实验室测定血小板的较理想仪器。

文章摘要(英文): 【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the platelet (PLT) count performance quality of Sysmex XE-5000 automatic hematology analyzer. Methods: PLT was counted by Sysmex XE-5000 automatic hematology analyzer with electric impedance (PLT-I) and optical (PLT-O) methods to test the precision, linear range and interference. The count results of PLT-I and PLT-O were compared with those of microscopic count method (PLT-M) respectively. All data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results:The within-batch precisions of PLT-I and PLT-O were 1.30% and 1.40% and the between-batch precisions were 1.87% and 2.39%. The ranges of carry-over ratio are from 0 to 1.32% with PLT-I and from 0 to 1.17% with PLT-O,the average carry-over ratio of PLT-I and PLT-O were 0.44% and 0.33%. The correlation coeffients (r)were 0.991, 0.997, 0.997 with PLT-I and 0.997, 0.998, 0.992 with PLT-O in lower,medium and high value specimens. The result showed that the PLT-O method had great ability of anti-interference in RBC fragment interference experiment (t=1.14,p>0.05).There were significant correlations in the results between PLT-I and PLT-M and between PLT-O and PLT-M. Conclusion: Sysmex XE- 5000 automatic hematology analyzer is of high accuracy, good repeatability, quickness and anti- interference for platelet count. it is satisfied with needs of blood platelet count in the clinical laboratory.
