| 文章摘要： | 目的 评价心血康软胶囊对2型糖尿病的疗效及不良反应。方法 76例2型糖尿病患者 随机分为心血康软胶囊组（试验组）及对照组。试验组给予心血康软胶囊治疗，对照 组给予外观相同的安慰剂。治疗3个月后观察治疗前后血糖血清胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白 、血脂、C-反应蛋白等的变化。结果 患者治疗后血糖血清胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、 血脂、C-反应蛋白等均有明显降低，差别有统计学意义。结论 心血康软胶囊可改善2 型糖尿病的代谢异常，疗效可靠，依从性好，无不良反应。 |

| 文章摘要（英文）： | Objective To evaluate effective and adverse event of Xinxuekang Soft Capsules for type 2 diabetes. Methods Seventy-six patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into Xinxuekang Soft Capsules group (treatment group) and control group. Patients of treatment group were treatment with Xinxuekang Soft Capsules, while control group was treatment with placebo having same appearance. The treatment lasted 3 months. Blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, blood lipids, and C-reactive protein before and after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, blood glucose, serum insulin, glycated hemoglobin, blood lipids, and C-reactive protein were significantly reduced. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Xinxuekang Soft Capsules can improve metabolic abnormalities of patients with type 2 diabetes, has reliable effect, good compliance, and no adverse events. |
